Most people WANT to enjoy their “work” and they want to be very good at what they do so they produce excellent results and be well rewarded both financially and otherwise. We call this the “Ideal income position, where people go to play every day because they do what they love and love what they do and they are so good at creating value and results that they attract excellent rewards both financially and otherwise” Virtually everyone has at least one if not a number of Ideal income positions. However, the trick is for each person to find the right ideal income position for him or her.

The fastest, most efficient, least costly, most enjoyable, and most effective way for anyone to discover (it is a discovery process) and actually operate in their ideal income position is to use their own career coach. Otherwise, they will continue using the same old trial and error work selection process they have in the past that has a big emphasis on error, which can and does take many years even decades to possibly succeed.
